Florist sue FTD and Teleflora for hidden fees

I am starting a Class action lawsuit against Teleflora and FTD for misrepresenting their companies and ripping off small independent florist. Did you know that the Resnick's own Teleflora and were cited on the Fortune 400 riches people in the USA this year, raking in well over $1 billion. Meanwhile small florists like myself are being nickled and dimed by these greedy companies that take advantage of the eager neighborhood florist. Both of these companies misrepresented themselves, so much so that there"contracts" would not hold up in court. Stay tune or contact me if you would like to be a part of this lawsuit...more details to follow.

  1. I would like to speak with you regarding you class action lawsuit and yes we would love to join. Hundreds of us have been taken advantage of by Teleflora. We operate a small floral and wedding design studio in Dallas, Texas. Similar to you, we have been used by Teleflora. Their system actually crashed our computers and while we were attempting to fix them, Teleflora demanded that we still fill orders. We sent in several requests via email, phone conversations and regular mail asking to cancel our service. To our amazement, we have now been contacted by their attorney stating that we owe Teleflora money. The attorney went so far as to say that she sees these cases daily and that her client is taking advantage of the smaller florists. As I previously stated, there are hundreds of us out there. How do we get more florists to step forward to join you class action suit? I am willing to help any way that I can.

  13. Is this still open for additional members? I do not want to publish details for fear of retaliation by TF... I'm pretty sure you all understand. Now that I've left them, they're demanding almost 6k IMMEDIATELY. I need help.

  15. I would LOVE to join, or start a new suit, if this one has already been resolved. Who's in??? I gave notice to cancel my membership per the contract clause, and they're trying to collect, via a very aggressive collection company, fees because of their directory per the rules and regulations. Too bad the contract says "...terminated...as permitted IN THIS SECTION" not per their rules and regulations. The clause just says I have to notify them in writing to their main address.

  17. I own Walker’s Floral Design Studio in Ohio. This is a startup company. I took on Teleflora thinking that I would make money with them like they said. I did not. I ended up nearly owing them every month because of their outrageous fees. This is not what I signed up for. They have left me with a huge flower bill that I’m still paying on. I had to cancel my membership 7 months in because I was hemorrhaging money. They are trying to come after me now because I broke the membership. If this is still going on I would like to be apart of it.
